Returns

You may return an item within 15 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping, handling and other charges such as special packaging, if not returned intact.

To be eligible for a return

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
  • The item must be in the original packaging.
  • The item must be accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • The buyer is responsible for shipping the item.
  • We will not accept C.O.D. or third-party billing for returned merchandise.

Refunds

Once we receive the item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to the credit card used to purchase the product, less the cost of shipping and handling.

Damaged items

If your item was damaged during shipment, please contact us at [email protected]. We will provide you with a prepaid return label and either refund the entire cost of the product or send you a replacement.
